THIRD CULTURE KID’s BUCKET LIST
For bookworms and adventurers alike, recommended for ages 7-16!
Your third culture kids have climbed the Great Wall, vacationed in Bali, eaten bugs and taken public transport on their own.
Their life is one made of bucket list items checked off every day, but do they know how to say a good, goodbye? Have they explored their unique identity through other stories?
These two bucket lists below are created for two types of TCKs to inspire activities and adventures that teach practical transition tools, introduce TCK characters and help you debrief creatively, you can even mix and match to best suit your TCK!
The TCK Bucket List
(for bookworms)
Some kids love to get comfortable in their favorite reading chair with a blanket, some tea, and a book! Books that feature third culture kid stories are hard to find, but when you do, you feel like you’re wrapped up in a warm blanket, hearing about stories similar to your own. That’s why we’ve partnered with Afoma and Reading Middle Grade to find the newest TCK stories! Download for books and writing prompts. (Books are in english and middle grade, recommended for ages 8-12)

The TCK Bucket List
(For Adventurers)
Some kids would rather throw on a backpack, grab a water bottle and go out for an adventure! If this sounds like your TCK then this bucket list is for them! The great thing about growing up as a TCK is that adventure is right outside your door! This bucket list can be completed by your TCK on their own or as a family. Download for a list of challenges that get you out of your comfort zone.
